Partner Offer Terms & Conditions

A About Pets works with selected partners ("Partners") to bring exclusive offers to A About Pets users ("Partner Offers"). These terms apply to every Partner Offer, together with the specific terms listed for each Partner below and our Terms of Service. By redeeming a Partner Offer, you agree to these terms.

1. General Terms

Partner Offers are available to A About Pets users with a registered account and a completed profile. Eligible users receive the offer in their in-app inbox.
To redeem, show the offer in your A About Pets app to the Partner's staff before you pay. The Partner verifies your eligibility through the A About Pets app, and the discount is applied directly to your purchase at the Partner's outlet.
Each Partner Offer is valid only during its campaign period and on the days and hours stated for that Partner. Please check the Partner's opening days and hours before you visit.
Partner Offers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, and are not transferable.
Unless stated otherwise, a Partner Offer cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions or vouchers offered by the Partner.
Goods and services are sold and provided by the Partner. The Partner is solely responsible for its products, services, pricing, opening hours, stock availability and store policies.
A About Pets is not a party to your purchase from a Partner and is not liable for any loss, cost or inconvenience arising from it, including where an outlet is closed or an item is unavailable.
A About Pets and the Partner may change, suspend or end a Partner Offer at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
A About Pets and the Partner may refuse a redemption where misuse, fraud or a breach of these terms is suspected.
Images of products, outlets and the app are for illustration only. Actual products, packaging and colours may differ.

2. Kone Creamery

Offer: 15% off your purchase at Kone Creamery.
Maximum discount: capped at SGD $3 off per transaction.
Minimum spend: SGD $10 per transaction.
Campaign period: 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026.
Valid days: Monday to Wednesday only, during Kone Creamery's standard operating hours. Not valid from Thursday to Sunday. As 31 December 2026 is a Thursday, the last day to redeem is Wednesday 30 December 2026.
Eligible items: menu items covered by the offer are at Kone Creamery's discretion and may change from time to time.
How to redeem: show the Kone Creamery offer in your A About Pets in-app inbox to the staff before you pay. Staff will verify it in the app and apply the discount to your transaction in-store.
Please note: Kone Creamery is not a pet-friendly venue.

3. Seasonal Brew (Chai Chee)

Offer: 15% off one eligible drink from the Ondeh Cloud drink series at Seasonal Brew.
Eligible items: Ondeh Cloud drink series only. Other menu items are not included. Drink images are for illustration only; the actual drink may look different.
Limit per user: one Ondeh Cloud drink per A About Pets user with a completed profile.
Total limit: capped at 100 drinks for the whole campaign. The offer ends once 100 drinks have been redeemed, even if the campaign period has not ended.
Campaign period: 19 October 2026 to 18 November 2026.
Valid days: all day, during Seasonal Brew's standard operating hours.
Location: 26A Chai Chee Road #01-387, Singapore 461026.
How to redeem: show the Seasonal Brew offer in your A About Pets in-app inbox to the staff before you pay. Staff will verify it in the app and apply the discount to your transaction in-store.
